The World AIDS Campaign, in conjunction with the African Civil Society Coalition on HIV and AIDS convened a sub-regional Campaigner’s Meeting in eastern Africa from 30 - 31 October 2007, in Nairobi, Kenya.

This report documents the findings of an external evaluation conducted for the World AIDS Campaign to evaluate their sub-Saharan Africa programme, implemented in 2007 in Zambia, Kenya and Nigeria, and the three sub-regions of Southern Africa, Eastern Africa and Western Africa.
